We are excited to be offering 2 types of booth spaces: Inside or Barn. The Inside Booths will be 10’ x 10’, on concrete floors, and have the most protection from outside elements, they also each have electricity. The inside booths are all in two warehouse style buildings, some booths will be along the wall and others will be in the aisle.
The Barn Booths are 8’ x 15’ and will be in the Beef Barn which is covered, and has a cement walkway down the middle. These booths will have dirt floors so floor coverings such as rugs, straw, or wood chips may be something to consider. There is limited electricity available in the Beef Barn, if you want to access electricity you will need to specify this on your application and then bring lots of extension cord with you.
All booth types are limited and available on a first pay, first serve, first fit basis.
Displaying Your Merchandise
Your booth is the most important tool you have to market your craft or merchandise. It will give people their first impression of you and your products. Your booth is your ticket to grabbing potential customers and you want it to make the right impression. Spend some time thinking about what you like to see in store displays or at other shows and try to duplicate those same things in your own space. Be sure to keep in mind signage, marketing materials, storage (for the business end of things), organization, flow of traffic, and lighting.
Also, keep in mind we are trying to achieve a specific look throughout the Faire. Our advertising is attracting a certain genre of customer and you want to meet their expectations. Your stock should be quality vintage goods, antiques, re-purposed items, chippy furniture and/or handcrafted items that you have saved for the Vintage Faire, and items should be creatively displayed. The Vintage Faire Board reserves final judgment before opening the show to assess your booth, we may have a few items that need to be removed or changed around if they do not fit into the theme of the show. If you have any questions about a specific item please feel free to contact us before the show. It may be helpful to think of each booth as its own complete shopping experience with a variety of charming scenes or vignettes to please the customer.
Your booth assignment is made when you register for the show. Some booths have electricity available and some do not, you will be able to request this option when you register for the faire. Some booths are along the wall and some are aisle spots. You will have the option of choosing your space when you register but we can not guarantee your fist choice will be available, we will notify you immediately if we can not accomodate your request and go from there.
We are encouraging each vendor to think about walls, height and layering within their booth. Each vendor is responsible for defining and merchandising their own space. Be sure you bring enough merchandise to fill your space. You do not want a space that looks sparse but it is important to also be aware of over-cluttering. The best bet is to set up your booth space prior to the event in your own home and to have a solid plan for the construction of your booth once you arrive at the faire.
Be sure that each of your items is clearly marked with a price. Very few people want to seem price conscious but almost all of us are. If your prices are not visible you may miss out on a sale. Have a good mix of high and low items, this keeps all sorts of shoppers looking through your items and can even turn lookers into buyers.
The fairgrounds will open to vendors at 12pm on Friday, the day before the faire. That Friday evening set up must be complete by 9pm in the evening. You will be able to drive up to the loading doors of the building and unload. You must be able to set up and complete your booth on Friday evening in order to participate in our faire. On Saturday, the morning of the Faire the building will be reopened at 7am for last minute fix-ups and preparation. The faire will be open from 9am – 4pm. If you choose to pack up your booth Saturday evening please do not start packing until the faire has been completely shut down and all customers have left the grounds. You will have until 7pm the night of Saturday to be in the building for packing and loading. On Sunday the building will be open at 8am for cleanup and cleanup must be complete by 10am.

Word of mouth is equally powerful, so be sure to tell everyone you know what you are doing that last weekend of April.
We have lots of promotional items printed and if you are interested in distributing postcards to your friends and favorite shops or if you want to hang posters in your neck of the woods we would be happy to mail these items to you. Contact us by any of the options below to set this up.

As a vendor, it is your discretion about what types of payment you will accept. If you have a need for a wireless network in order to run your credit card payment processing please let us know at least two weeks before the show. Thank you!
Dining at the Show
Food and drink are available from handpicked culinary vendors. We will also have a mimosa/beer garden this year so bring your id and plan to have a little libation while shopping.
Dining Before and After the Show
The Breadline Café is the official restaurant of The Vintage Faire. This café offers nearly 30 years of experience in quenching appetites. Amid the clank of pots and pans and the blur of busy knives, the Breadline cooks turn out wonderful and original home-style cuisine. You can find The Breadline Cafe at 102 South Ash, Omak, WA.
We recommend staying at the Best Western Peppertree Inn. The Peppertree Inn is located on Hwy 97 in Omak, about ten minutes from the Faire site. We have set up a group rate and if you mention “Vintage Faire” when making your reservation you will receive a discounted rate.
There are also RV spots available at the Okanogan County Fairgrounds. These are by far the most convenient option for lodging near the faire. These spots can be reserved by calling the fairgrounds directly: 509-422-1621.
